Blackberry Z30 help wanted
 

Firstly I am new to the forum having moved from the "dark side" (iPhone) to the new BlackBerry Z30 - so hi to all.

I am unable to sync with outlook on my pc. Actually I cant sync anything.

I have downloaded the BlackBerry Desktop software but when I connect my Z30 it doesn't recognise it. When I press "connect device" I get a message saying "device not supported by the BlackBerry Desk top software" it goes on to say that this device is running the BlackBerry 10 OS"

I am guessing that I have downloaded the wrong software?

If so can anyone please point in the right direction of the software that I need?

Any other tips on getting the best from my Z30 would also be appreciated.

You need BlackBerry Link, not BlackBerry Desktop, for all BB10 devices.

Folks over at Crackberry seem to have had success syncing Outlook and BB10 devices. Should be the same for the Z30.

As Rambo47 shows you have the wrong software. Dont feel too bad, I did the same thing when i got the z10. I even ignored the message that poped up telling me the BB was not recognized.
