Please my having a serious issue here, my phone is not downloading.apps but is downloading document,I can't download app from appworld as well,am on OS6

What kind of error message do you receive when you try to download from App World?

BlackBerry Data Plan? Social Plan? Do you need to be connected to a WiFi signal t be able to download?

Have you dropped or gotten the device wet?

Thanks, it used to show download failed even if I use the browser, I don't use wifi signal.I subscribe to data plan, it has not dropped or get wet, please help

Which App were you trying to download? On your 9700, you are going through App World, right? As opposed to having your device connected to your PC and downloading through the browser?

I was trying to download many apps on my phone like whatapp, 2go, and so many apps.through app world if I try to download movie or pic or music it will download but any app that will have to install will not download

If the apps you are trying to download simply do not finish or do not install, you should give the folks over at MTN a call and see if they could help you out.

Aside from not having a Data plan (which you have), and waiting for one download to be completed before you download another app, I am not sure what could be causing those issues.

Yes am downloading from the link,it is only installing app that is not downloading, I even try to wipe it, till not downloading but am thinking may be I should try I to do total format in which I will have to load the OS again.
