request delivery notification or read notificaton for text message,directions are there to do,but when i follow them, the confirm ,delivery confirm read are not. can someone help me?:)

This only works on certain carriers, and only when texting on the same carrier. (I.e. Verizon to Verizon)

Hi, could anyone help me please ! I need to back up all my contacts on my PC! When I connect blackberry to my PC it should give me option 'back up restore' but it's not giving me this option any more!

What other way could i back my contacts?
