9900 update

i am trying to update my cell 9900 after 20% error is coming and it is not updating how to do and what to do, i tried from blackberry website by connecting my cell to laptop.
pls advice me

Trying to update what - the OS? Look at the sticky at the top of the 9900 section for the latest OS for your specific device. The instructions are there as well.
