Installing v5 on BB 8520 using mac osx

Hello All.. I did download v5 from Blackberry site and i can't install v5 on my blackberry cos. it's only a exe file, how can i install v5 on my BB 8520 using my mac desktop manager? I would be very thankful if anyone could gimme a tip.
