Blackberry 9900 will not charge and the touch screen and keypad won't work

My blackberry 9900 does not want to charge and neither does the keypad or the touch screen want to work.

Please help!

Did you buy it new or used? Those sound like serious issues not easily solved with a simple software update.

It never got wet but I did drop it. I have the phone for 1 and a half years.

contact your service provider for repairing or buy a new device.

That is a symptom of physical damage. Something inside was jarred loose in the fall. Repair might be an option, but often the cost of repair is so high that simply replacing the device is preferable.
