BB Player has problems keeping two albums named Greatest Hits separate
 

I can't figure out how to resolve this issue. I have multiple albums called "Greatest Hits" and the BB player mixes them instead of keeping them separate.

They are Journey, Earth Wind and Fire, and James Taylor. I have tried loading them from DM, over the air from my Digital 7 account, and onto the microSDHC card directly (into separate folders under music) and no matter what when I open the Greatest Hits album, it contains all three albums mixed up together.

Does anyone have any idea how I can get these albums to be separate in the BB music player?

Just to be complete, I put Journey on first and it reads Greatest Hits with the artist as Journey under albums. When I add either the James Taylor or EWF Greatest Hits, the number of albums does not increase and the songs are mixed, but the icon stays the Journey Greatest Hits album art but under artist it now says Various.

Are the ID3 tags on the files correctly set?

OK- I am out of my league here. I got an ID3 editor and looked at the songs but dont see what I am supposed to change. Do I have to do it for each song? What do I change- the artist is set right, and each album is titled Greatest Hits, as it should be.

Use software such as Media Monkey or MP3tag to tag the songs from the internet automatically.

OK- I have downloaded MP3tag and looked at the songs and all the tags are correct. So, this doesn't seem to be the problem- what could the issue be considering the tags on all the songs are correct.

Any other suggestions?
