Sending Service Books . . . every day?
 

Why would it be necessary for me to send a Service Book to my handheld every day in order to have the email pushed to my device? Something doesn't seem right.

Any clues??

Are you referring to BIS or BES email? In either case you should not have to resend service books everyday. Its possible that your device has a problem. I would probably wipe the device and start over. If the problem continues I would reload the handheld software. And finally, have the device replaced if nothing fixes the problem.

I use this with a Mac, so I use BIS. Thanks! Will give it a shot!
