mistakingly deleted my MDS files now am having serious network problem
 

I mistakingly deleted my MDS files now am having serious network problem. I was trying to free some space on my phone so I downloaded Maxmemn I admit not reading d instructions cearfully before using the App. Anyway the is I deleted the MDS files and since then I have been having serious network issues bcos I am a BES user. Pls is there anyway I can download the files back????plssss I really need urgent help.plssss
