Hi can anyone explain how I can get past finalising device setup screen

Generally the phone will go thru the boot up process and run. Sometimes the delay to finalize will cause the failure and various things can cause it. Hope you have a backup.

some have reloaded the OS and some have just pulled the battery .
One issue some have found is the memory card is maxed out and wont allow the OS to complete.
You can try pulling the memory card and SIM to see if it helps. Put the SIM back if it works and then check the Memory card to see if it is full.

You can also look at other posts on the site doing a search for finalizing and see if any other suggestions help
