"Allow Outgoing Calls While Locked" option in Tour

Hi,

One of my user has Verizon Tour and he would like to know if this BB has ""Allow Outgoing Calls While Locked" option. Tour is new to me, please let me know if we have this option and how to set it up.

Yes, it has the option, but the option has to be allowed on the BES first via IT Policy (from your post, it sounds like you may be using BES). Once allowed via IT Policy he can allow it on his device.

On the device, the seeting is under Options -> Password.
