Ringtones for BB10...Q10 to be specific
 

My Q10 is working like a dream!!! Repeat: DREAM!!!
Like many, still waiting for more usable apps like Drive Safely from Ispeech.org that was a beautiful thing in the legacy devices.
And, does anyone know of a source for ringtones that are compatible with the Q10. I downloaded the Law & Order theme, but learned it was for pre-BB10 and it doesn't work.

Yeah, I wasn't aware there are pre and post BB10 ringtones.

Guess I was given very wrong info about compatibility. Someone, I think it was at Verizon, said not all MP3s are the same.

So, now I'll go in and hunt...starting with tuneusin and zedge.net.

Speaking of ringtones, I loved all the Blackberry ringtones I had on my Bold 9930, running OS7.

Is there a way to bring over the ring tones from OS7?

put them on your media card and then you can get to them from the file manager.

is that site hard to install the tones it downloaded some were I cant seen to find the file.

You can elect to send the file to your phone via mms from Zedge, or you can choose to download to your pc and use the USB Mass Storage Mode transfer method. I find the USB method far superior to using BB Link.

Can anyone point me in the direction on where I can download the ringtones on Q10?

I'm still at a loss trying to get the Preloaded OSv5 and OS4 ...they changed slightly with each version...

The sonar ping on bb10 rings like 2-3 mil secs faster between rings(just enough to be noticable) ... I hate it ... if anyone has a better replacement offering I would appreciate it.

Been my ring tone for the last 7 years hate to give it up.

Hello all. Been awhile. Got new Q10 and see shortcomings. Ringtone duration or repeat is lacking. Same with text notification. The old berries this was selectable. Hopefully RIM might catch this.
