Creating Themes

Is there a way to create themes in Linux??

The tools are Windows only, so only if you run them under WINE or have a Windows installation to use (VMware, dual boot, etc.).

I do not think there is a supported tool for Themes creation for Linux unless you find a way to run Carbide.ui in some Windows Emulator. No idea if it would work.
