Not Getting Emails?

I recently had a system meltdown and had to craft a new one. Prior to that my BB device had been receiving emails like clockwork. I reinstalled my BB Desk Manager 5.0.1.28 and it seems that since that time I have begun getting barely any email messages on my BB device, although I al getting them on my desktop system. Suggestions? Do I need to change a setting?

And are you receiving email on your PC's email client?

BIS, and yes I am receiving on the PC's email client

First try a battery pull

Second, resend service books.

Third, make sure you have "Leave mail on server" selected in your PC email client setup
