DTEK50 Compliance Issue

I have an issue where some of my DTEK50 devices activated on BES12.5 using Android for Work are failing our compliance policy as being a rooted device.

These devices are out of the box and not rooted manually, but I am wondering if this is a process that is done by the BES activation.

Has anyone had a similar issue without having to remove the Compliance policy just for DTEK50 devices.

Blackberry adds something called Root of Trust to the DTEK50 devices and it may be what your detecting. I would suggest contacting Blackberry directly to discuss this issue.
