OS versions under the upgrade tab in BES 4.1
 

I was using the upgrade option in BES 4.1 to start the OS download process on a few 9000's. It worked good and the devices downloaded the OS and prompted for the installation. These devices were on AT&T and the OS version for upgrade was listed in the "From Version" and "To Version" drop downs.
I then needed to do this same thing for 2 Curve 8900. The difference was they were on the Tango! Luxembourg carrier. I don't have a version of OS 5 listed in the BES that will work, I checked Tango's site and they have OS 5 listed there for the curve. How can I get the list on my BES to list all of the versions of OS 5? Is this something that may be resolved by getting the BES up to date with the service packs? It actually had a bunch of OS's listed as well as OS 6, so im not sure if updates would fix this. I am attaching a screen shot of the drop down list from my server. Thanks all!

Carrier has to support OTASL for BES to be able to allow a software update.

This has been an issue for some since their carrier does not update the OTASL versions fast enough.
