problem with email
 
I've had two email accounts that worked fine until today. Now I can send but not receive. Any help?

Have you tried resending the service books, that would be my first attempt.

I went to service books and deleted the ones for my email then deleted the accounts and re added them but still nothing. I clicked on menu while in service books but there was no option to resend

As a NY Yankee fan, I really should abstain, but .....

What did you do just before this happened?

Are you in an area with a good signal? Are you connected to RIM? Are you getting any sort of error message?

Have you tried a battery pull? That is the first thing you should do when you have any problem. With the device on, remove the battery for about 30 seconds, replace and let the device reboot. Then see if email works.

If not, then reregister using the host routing tables, which will reregister your device with Sprint and resend the service books. If that doesn't work, then call the carrier's tech support. they could be having a data/tower outage in your area.

Did all of the above before this post. On the phone with Sprint now. Going to try and resend service books. Thanks guys!

I had this problem last week and for no reason at all..

what i did was i had to go to the email wizard again and re validate my email for some reason....

but once i did i got all the emails that was missing...try that
