BlackberryWorld App for Tour 9630?

Is there a way to load the BlackberryWorld App on the Tour 9630? I know the latest one wont work, but is there an older one that can be installed? How?

Do you have a BLACKBERRY Data Plan?

If you are using the device on Fido, do you have the Fido Service Books installed?
