Lock Password changed by itself
 

I received this phone from my job for work calls. I installed the ;lock password the first day. I tried the password to make sure it was correct and it worked. I then put my info into my iphone app Acc+(which keeps track of all password for various sites). An hour later the stupid phone said it was wrong. After 10 attempts it wiped my phone clean. That was 2 weeks ago. Now today I put in the lock code again( identical to the first code i tried 4 numbers) and tried it and it worked. So about and hour later I went to back up the bbStyle and the dm asked for the password. I inputed the password and the DM told me the same password i tried earlier was incorrect. "are you kidding me". Its this a software issue or Style related problem? I'm tired of inputting phone number over and over. BTW i"m gonna back this stupid fone up before i use the lock next time because this is very annoying.

It's not possible for the password to "change by itself".

Most likely explanation is that you pressed the ALT or SHIFT key the one time and not the other.
