How to update

Hey all,

I gotta the old version of BBM, I tried many times to download the newest one but it doesn't work. what can I do to get the newest one ? is there an updating ??

how about my contacts in the previous BBM ?? i'm afraid of losing them!

When I updated my bbm, I didn't lose my contacts. However, its always a good idea to back them up. How to do that, I believe, depends on your OS version. Search these forums for how to back up your contacts. And please update your forum profile to show your BB model and carrier.
