You have a virus on your PC and when you connect the BB it copies files to it.
Have your PC cleaned or reimaged. Immediately.

You should also format your memory card and device before connecting it to the PC. Your phone is re-introducing the virus.

Connect your BB to PC ( Mass storege mode when connected set to "YES" ).Take a backup ( pictures, videos.songs etc..) from the media card and save into your pc.Disconnect your BB and format your media card and restore saved files.

Absolutely INCORRECT! Continuing to connect the phone to a Windows computer will continue introducing the virus back to it.

The only safe way to clean this up is to connect the memory card into a sandbox environment such as a live Linux setup or a Mac, copy the pictures and music from the card, format it, and then copy back.
