can't download anything from app world, please help...!
 

Recently I upgraded appworld version on my curve 8520. Since then am unable to download apps..:(
It shows error message : "no cached credentials. Error id-40721"

Tried reinstalling app world but didn't work...

Can't find a way out...please help..!!!!

Make sure data services are enabled in device options. Make sure you have a connection to the network. Do a battery pull with the power on, for about 30 seconds.

1. Do you have a Blackberry data plan active on your account? If so, resend service books (see the FAQ) and do a battery pull.

2. Are you in an area of the world where access to BB App World is allowed?
