Removing items from messages folder
 

Hi all

I am wanting to clear out my messages folder which has around 300+ messages from 2 email accounts, plus twitter and facebook notifications. Is there a quick way to delete them or do you have to delete them one by one?

Highlight the date bar - menu - delete prior.

Hi there,

I know about this feature. BUT, it is not working for me. Every now and then, it doesnt work, leaving all my messages in the message folder.

I CANT GET RID OF THEM and its reaaaalllly annoying. I have tried rebooting the phone, and yanking the battery out, but still nothing...they just won't delete.

Any ideas?

I also use a blackberry curve 8520 and I couldn't get rid of the messages in my message folder by deleting prior so i went into my twitter and facebook account options and disabled email integration to empty the folder. Hope this helps
