As far as I recall the 8320 does not include an embedded GPS chip.

If you have a BlackBerry Data Plan maps might work, but only based on cell tower triangulation, which is not very accurate.

When I go to options advanced option I have gps!

According to the specs on GSM Arena, the 8320 does NOT have gps:

Are you sure you don't have an 8310?
