help, EDGE in capitals but no emails or bbm service working, even when wifi is on
 

my bb 8900 data service is not working even though O2 said it appears to be fine from their end. the EDGE is in capitals and even when i connect to a wifi connection, im not getting emails or bbm to work. dont know what to do. i already did the following which they advised me on 2 occaions i contacted them.

Battery pull
and
Re-register on the host routing table

i havent had time to call them now as they told me to call using another fone so they can suposedly help guide me to fixing it on my iphone.

Is there anyway anyone can advice me and help me pleasee. your help would be greatly appreciated.

Call back and make sure that you have the correct BlackBerry data plan or add-on on your account. Sounds like a provisioning problem and not something specifically on the phone. Without the correct Service Books (provisioning) WiFi won't work.
