blank Destop manger blank screens
 

Help

Recetnly installed desk top manager and it was working properly but on going to use it the after you get past the B/berry logo screen the following screens are blank ( white). Appears to be a display issue as I'm still able to input my password when I connect the phone and it appears to communicate - only I cant see what it's doing.

I have a windows 7 64 bit machine.

I did uninstall and reinstall and it appears to work but the problem remained.

I would not describe myself as competent in these matters and would really appreciate whatever help.
