Please Help!!

Hi everyone, I'm new to this whole blackberry thing but basically here's what happened....

I have a tmobile 8320 curve, decided to try to upgrade to the 4.5 os after reading the forums...it successfully upgraded, however, i didn't like it, so i decided to go back to the original os. so after reading up on how, i went to the t-mobile blackberry upgrade site and downloaded the original os. At the end of the application i received this message:

<<<Warnings were encountered during the loading process:
The following database(s) could not be fully restored to your device:
Default Service Selector 0 of 4 entries restored, Firewall Options 0 of 1 entries restored
The backup data file has been saved to "C:\Documents and Settings\4u84\My Documents\LoaderBackup-(2008-08-11)-1.ipd".>>>

I checked my phone, all of my sim card information was gone! my contacts are no where to be found! i'm missing call logs, and mms and sms messages, pictures, and i'm sure the music is gone too, but i haven't checked.

I went to the backup/restore function on the desktop manager and clicked restore...still no contacts and still missing info. I'm really freaking out...does anyone have a solution?? Please help!!

so there were two loader backup files, and i tried the other one and now i have my contacts back! :) the only thing missing are sms messages but i think that's because i have my phone set to not save sms messages in the sim, so it's ok. so happy.

Wirelessly posted (All the cool kids are doing it)

My suggestion is to get Outlook or Outlook express and sync your phone that way so you won't have this issue, and also get a memory card can keep all your pictures, ringtones, music on there so when you ever upgrade again you won't have to worry about it backing that up.
