As the two screens are one unit, it will be more expensive for you to fix it than to replace the device.

YouTube has videos for every model BlackBerry showing disassembly, fixing various components, and re-assembly.

I agree. But there are also some repair shops that are affordable :)

If a user is bound and determined to attempt a repair himself, most BlackBerry parts are available through Faceplate | Housing | Repair parts | Accessories | Mobile parts | Novelty Items for reasonable prices. They ship from Hong Kong so it can take a week to ten days to receive parts.

You are obviously not located in the United States despite your profile. I know I've corrected you before to the fact that we do not have repair shops in this country.
