Alarm Buzz.. Then Screen Goes Blank - Please

my 9700 : when alarm buzzering then my screen goes blank but the led keep blinking and my keypad not working. Need to pull out the battery then after 10 minutes then its okay. happen every time when my alarm buzz in the morning. someone here who has the same problem or know how to fix it. really need your help :-(

By any chance are you using an aftermarket alarm program?
