My bb 9000 keyboard
 

Could anyone help me with my bold 9000 keyboard. it will repeated character when i bbm/messaging/password. i'm using the latest software 5.0 bundle 1728 frm at&t. my ram free at 6mb only. please help. what version should i used? is the keyboard can cause the problem as well?

Sounds like physical damage, either from being dropped or from water/liquid spilled on it. You can try replacing the keyboard with OEM parts from cnn.cn if you want to do the work yourself. Otherwise you'll have to go to a store and see if they'll do a repair.
