Memopad not synchronizing with Outlook
 

I have a VZW 9650 running on a BES and my MemoPad is not synching with Outlook Notes. The BES admin said everything in my profile looks correct. If I go to Memopad and then Options on the handheld, there is no Wireless Synchonization option like there is in Tasks, etc. Any ideas?

We've had this issue with BES and Lotus Notes.

On Notes, users with a roaming profile do not populate the paths to the files on the Domino server properly. Roaming users have to have the path set manually for both Memos and Personal Address Book.

I am unfamiliar with Outlook's settings, but sure sounds similar.

I was able to solve the issue by deleting the Desktop [synch] service book, then undeleting it and re-booting the handheld.

I have experienced issues where it sometimes will synch with Outlook, and sometimes doesn't. Eliminating special characters (e.g., !@#$%^...) in the memo's title fixed this for me.
