Documents To Go
 

I have a Blackberry Curve 8330, and I noticed that I do not have the Documents to Go bundle. Even though it detects that the pack is installed when I use the browser and go to the home site, but I can't find it on the applications list or anywhere else??

I actually bought the phone second hand, so it may have been deleted in the past without my knowledge. What should I do to try and get the application back to working properly?

I loaded a .doc file onto the Blackberry and when I tried to open it the message came up that says that the file can't be opened.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's not anywhere on the home screen, under any of the folders (downloads, apps, etc.), and I can't even see it under the options sections when you are able to pull up all the programs on the phone. Can someone please help?

Oh yeah, the phone says that I am running Version 5.0 -

Docs to Go is only available for OS 6 devices. You're out of luck :(

No, I had the free Doc's To Go on my 9700 running OS5 (though I did later buy the premium version). I seem to remember it being bundled with the OS. If not, the free (and limited capability) version should be on app world.

Maybe OS6 inludes Doc's to Go with the premium features. If so, I did not know that.

.... I thought I had it on my 8820 with 4.5, but wasn't sure.

Oops! Totally forgot that it was on my 9700 before the big OS 6.0 wait. Not to mention 1.0 comes before 2, then 3.

(Searches for a paper bag to place on head) :P
