Desktop Manager/Device Manager USB Driver Issues
I have a 7250. It is an old device. My laptop which has Vista Home Premium (32 Bit) installed on it. A few weeks ago, My computer suffered a boot sector virus and had to wiped and reinstall everything. I have lost the original Cd that came with the blackberry. I have downloaded 4.3 of the Desktop Manager. I also have 3.6 of the Desktop Manager. I have installed both versions versions several times. I prepared for a clean install between installs. When I try to add the device driver for the device, I receive the following message:
The folder you specified doesn`t contain a compatible software driver for your device. If the folder contains a driver make sure it is for windows 32 bit systems. When I click Add Hardware, the Blackberry USB appears as a hardware type. I have searched Google for an answer but to no luck. Not sure what else i can do to resolve this issue. |
