DM doesn't show all applications that I have on bb

I searched everywhere, but no luck.

I'm using the Desktop Manager v4.7 right now.
Until yesterday, it had been working good.

But, DM doesn't work well somehow, today.
in Application Loader --> Add/Remove Applications --> Device application selection

it doesn't show all applications that I have; it just shows games and applications that I downloaded after I purchased this phone. In other words, it showed every applications including blackberry core applications until yesterday.

I haven't done anything on my bb or my computer.

And I know I can remove applications on my bb. However, when I want to install a core application such language pack in case of deleting, I can't do it on bb.

This is my first blackberry, but I'm getting impression that Blackberry is NOT stable at all.

Could anyone help this issue?

P.S. I tried to used DM v4.6 after clean install, too. But it didn't work either.

Did you install the device OS software on to your PC?? The core applications will not show up unless the OS is installed on the PC.

What is the device OS software? Do you mean that it is like "BlackBerry Handheld Software v4.6.0.331"?

I thought the handheld OS is installed into the blackberry, not into the PC.

Thanks in advance.

I believe he was referring to the device OS installer software. In other words, the OS update installer that you would download from say, a particular carrier. You must have it installed on your PC first before you can see the applications on your phone, as mckinneycm stated.

Well, at the top of this forum is a link for the latest official OS which is 4.6.0.190. A simple google search will reveal the latest beta - 4.6.0.214. I would recommend grabbing .214--it has been very good so far!
