Have you tried a battery pull.

Are they in your saved messages folder?

lindros2 12-11-2008 04:58 PM

1. Check saved messages (as per HiRoll3r)
2. Are you sure they're email? Do you have all of your email accounts exposed on the home screen? Or are they other messages? BlackBerries have a large number (and growing w/ third-party apps) of notifications that all look like email at quick glance.

Check Phone (Green button) then menu...options...call logging. Make sure NONE is checked if you don't want calls being shown in the messages folder. Sometimes a missed call that you haven't viewed will show as a message...

Those would be your registration messages. You should get one for each email account you have configured. You are missing them in a folder somewhere....

Thanks

PIN messages only go to the Messages inbox as well.
Hiding it is not a good idea if you expect to start receiving them from other BlackBerry users.
Food for thought.
