tether to a mac?

hi all
i know people have successfully tethered their 7100t/7290 to their pc with the usb cable-my question is, how do you do it with the mac? :-)
it shows up as a network port, but what script do i need? how do i set it up?
PS-anyone know how to enable netmonitor style mode on the bb? i depend on this on my 6230b

You'll need Pocketmac (www.pocketmac.com) for Blackberry. Currently it does not work (at least officially) with Tiger. A new release is expected next week. I've used it with Panther and it works great (backup first!). Does not have a loader function at this time though, they claim to be working on it.

Actually it's http://www.pocketmac.net my signature below should offer some further insight.

pocketmac (which i will be buying as soon as my 7100t arrives) told me that in pocketmac 2.0 (released this summer) will include a app loader and BlueTooth syncing??? I'm not sure how that works but thats what the employees told me...
not sure what that means, as far as I can remember, BT can only be used for the headset-type features...

either www.pocketmac.net or pocketmac.com will work. Just checked. Still not available for Tiger.

agoldberg - read the entire thread. The original poster does not want to sync, he wants to use the BB as a modem with his MAC. Which you can not do.
