"connector specific error"
 
I went to this site: BlackBerry Search Results

then i clicked on resolution number 2 cause iv done 1 already: these are the next set of instructions:

Disconnect the BlackBerry smartphone from the computer.
If BlackBerry Desktop Manager is open, close it.
Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer.
In BlackBerry Desktop Manager, double-click Intellisync.
Click Configure PIM.
Clear all the check boxes except for the check box beside the organizer application that is causing the error, and then click OK.
In the Intellisync window, click Synchronize Now. The PTTrace.log and tif.log synchronization log files are created.
the red part is where im confused. When i open my DM there is no Intellisync to click. BDM does just mean my desktop application itself right?
