Options, Buetooth, click to add device and follow the instructions from your earpiece manufacturer. |
Headset
ALready did that , have a paired connection, however when I play my vids and music the sound continues to come thru the BB, not the heaadset. This headset is not for voice.

Bb 8100 and 8800 series do NOT play audio for media via bluetooth |
It does using dollars5 mediaPlayer.

Very cool, dollar5 mediaplayer does indeed enable you to listen to media on an 8800 via bluetooth. Thanks MrKyoo.

Plantronics M2500, I just turned it on, accepted the connection, launched the media player and viola, sound via the bluetooth instead of the speaker |
I use the Blackberry HS-655 (Plantronics) and it works great on my Pearl (v4.2.1). It need only be paired up and turned on then when I start the player it comes through the headset. I have noticed, however, that I get no sound from the speaker anymore, whether the headset is on or not.

My Question is about Media Player- Not voice
I am trying to listen to music and watch videos, however I can not get the sound to come through/.

Have you tried it with dollars5's mediaPlayer? Are you running the latest version of the 8800 OS?
