Allow Delete of Application on BB device
 

I have a user who has downloaded an application that he no longer wants. When he attempts to delete it, it says that the IT Policy is preventing him from doing so.
I've checked the IT Policy on the BES and found nothing that would obviously cause this.
Any idea what would be blocking the deletion of applications on handhelds?

We have BES 4.1.6.9

On your side, it's not the IT Policy that controls this. It's the Application Control Policy.
You should be looking in your Software Configuration settings for this user. The Application Control Policy is probably set to 'Required' by default.

Interesting. I've just checked and in the Software Configuration Settings we only have one item, which is a daylight savings patch. I've assigned the <none> policy to him, rather than the DST2007 one
