Repairs Estimation (Torch)

2 Attachment(s)
My Blackberrys screen stopped working a month or two ago, it only worked if you bashed the screen hard then the normal sensitivity resumed. Now the phone is not recognising when the phone is open, therefor the QWERTY keyboard doesn't work, and I can't use the touch screen because it now doesn't work because i broke the screen banging it (Yeah I know...)

The screen itself still seems OK so I think it's just the outer screen that needs replacing, although the touch screen itself needs fixed I don't mind not having it as I never used it.

I'm not really sure whats causing the phone to not recognize when the keyboard is out, there's no water damage that I know of and it wasn't dropped, it just suddenly stopped working.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The cost of repair is gonna be difficult to estimate. Maybe impossible to tell until a repair facility actually opens the device to see what is broken. Just a guess on my part.

Maybe the "bashing and banging" caused the keyboard problem ??
