On my T-Mobile blackberry curve 8900, I do not have a data plant therefor I only use the internet with WiFi when I feel like it... is it still possible for me to download new themes etc for my BB or do you need a data plan?

you should be fine with wifi only

Yeah u can use wifi to dld theme, it has nth to do with dataplan
