Voice mail issues
 

I cannot get the voice mail to work on my style....had to download an ap to get voice mail and I don't really care for the ap

anyone have any similar issues??? Solutions???

It says I have no voicemAil and goes to maon menu. Iknow I jave 6 mlsgs there because I sent them. Ugh i

I had the same issue with my visual VM, I called BB support and they refreshed my device which corrected the issue.

Took the Style back to the sprint store...they replaced it with a new phone. Then there was a major update from BB that they downloaded to their desktop computer and transferred to my new phone.

End result - still no voicemail. Dial voicemail and it says there are no messages. Using a downloaded ap, the ap finds the 12 messages that are actually there.

I looked for a BB support phone number but cannot find one...anyone have access to their number???

Zogg did you have your number ported over to sprint when you got the phone? if so the temporary number they gave you is still in the phone, i had the same problem i wasnt getting any voicemails at all, then i went in and put my number i had ported over into the style and all 108 of my voicemails came through from the dial screen do this dial ##841648 then hit send when the screen comes up you will see wither your number or the temporary number they gave you delete the temp if thats what is there and enter your number you ported over then click the track pad and save that should take care of your problem, hope this helps.

I too have some issues with voicemail/text/email notifications. I keep getting the following notification
" ${from} has sent you a Sprint Voice Message. Call ${callbackno}. CFGs0.0=10dac25719d33bfa8e64Ayyvc7Dh//CM"
I get it several times a day in my text/email and yet I have no voicemails. It also freezes my phone sometimes. Anyone know why I get this or how to stop it?

Tech support will assist, or may just be a network issue. I suggest call support first and go from there.

I am having trouble with Visual Voice Mail freezing up. Once I go into it, it won't let me do anything, it just freezes. I have to hip the end button instead of the escape key to get out of it.
Anyone else having this problem??

No problems here, just oncve in a while it won't download my messages and I have to call in to check them.

I'm having the same problem with visual voice mail. BUT, I didn't have it until the software upgrade a couple (maybe 3?) weeks ago. Before that it functioned flawlessly. Now, same deal. Have to hit end to get out of voicemail, and call 1 to pick up messages. In the last day or two it has improved slightly, slightly, but still not as good as before I upgraded my version of the software (through the phone, a regular Device>Software Updates). So hopefully, they will eventually get that fixed, as it did work awesome. Before the style, I had a Bold and it didn't have voicemail notification. I used youmail, I think and it worked a treat if that helps.

I think youmail may have worked better.
