google mobile, for fast browser starting
one of the coolest to me is google maps.
There is one function I was not aware of, and use a lot.
In Paris France, I click on the pinpoint on wherever you are on map, and there is an option
called street view.
when you click it, you have the actual picture of the street, and you can advance in the street with your roll mouse, go back, look at the stores left and right, and house numbers, as if it was live.
with the clear screen, it is swell.

viigo beta
poynt beta

philip8454 11-15-2008 08:59 PM

But Poynt does not work on the bold because the bold does not have BB maps. Right? Mine doesn't.

Inphektion 11-15-2008 11:20 PM

i've loaded bb maps. just delete vendor.xml and load it up with other vendor themes. Its only the att bold that wouldn't have it but you can easily install.

Tommy2125 11-15-2008 11:29 PM

Sure Poynt works on bold iam using it and never ever had a problem...well i downgraded back to 162. cus i like how everythings works on this firmware unlike others.
