help on reseting to defaults on my blackberry bold
 

suddenly, my blackberry bold does not fully turn on. When i insert the battery, the blackberry label along with the silver line (loading line) show but suddenly when it arrives to the middle, it restarts from the beginning once again. never completing the cycle. Is there anyway i can fix this problem manuelly? Doing a reset to my defaults or anything that might help to turn back my phone? or what is it that my phone currently has???

Welcome to BBF - you can try this method to completely wipe out your BB (including the data - hope you have a backup)..
