No send button

please help,

when i create a new email, i fill out all the spaces but have no send option. if i reply the send option appears, but when i create a new email it doesnt.
its a 8900 curve

open to all suggestions to solve this problem

Do you have a BlackBerry Data plan?

This is due to a corrupt service book. Resend the service book.
