7250 error code 507 HELP

Hello, I just bought a used 7250 and it has a error code of 507, which means out of memory. I dont have and cant find the OS download that I need to fix this problem. Can someone please direct me on how to fix this problem. Thanks in advance.

hey thanks for that, but I dont have any BB software in my desk top and dont have the disk. Havent started my Verizon account yet, I wanted to make sure the phone was going to work first.

You need to download Desktop Manager and also the Handheld OS for the 7250.
