WiFi problem. Please, help me.

Hello, at start I want apoloize for my bad english.
So, I have a BB 8520. When I try to turn on my WiFi there is any problem, and is written "UNABLE TO TURN WIFI ON". I had 4.6version, but I upgrade it for 5.0 and the problem isnt solved;/. Can you help me? I made wipe, battery off for some time and its the sam like earlier.

ps. it was working some time on 4.6ver. and stopped again
