Playbook game Slice Down

I purchased slice down on my playbook to unlock level 16+ and the other modes, it charged the money from my debit card but the game is still a demo. I click to purchase the pro pack again and it says "you have already purchased this item" wtf ? Whys it still a demo then ! Piece of shite.
Tried un installing then installing, no joy !

It is imperative that you contact the developer. We are not BlackBerry, nor the developer, and cannot help you.

Tried that its "getempower" but on their support section on the website you have to click on a product of theirs to get support. Guess what, slice down isnt on that list ! Thanks sgain,
