The seller sold me a broken steamer after it advertised as new and working. When I unpacked it there was some kind of grease or oil leaked down the side like it had been used before. I contacted the seller and they kept promising to resolve the issue then finally quit responding. I trusted this seller was because ebay showed a 100% feedback but it turns out that number os only for the past year, if you look further back they have multiple negative feedbacks for bad transactions like this.
