Hours of operation
Most messages are handled twice daily. Once in the morning of each operating day andagain in the afternoon.
HDSC operates Monday through Friday 9 am to 4 pm, eastern standard time.
Most orders placed before 1 pm EST will be processed the same business day.
All communications for marketplace products or orders must be made through the messaging happy?
Most items sold by HDSC come with a 60 day return period from date ofdelivery. Other items will come with 30 day returnpolicy or in a very select few items no return policy.
That being said, HDSC alwaysmaintains very high standards. HDSC complies with all policies and procedures. If you are not happy for any reason please reach out to us. We will do everything in our power to offer the best customerexperience we can.
Partial refunds
If an item is returned to HDSC in a condition other than the condition in which it was sold, then HDSC (within the limits of the Marketplace) may at its discretion return an amount back the to buyer less than the amount paid to the seller on the original sale.
